Book Review: Stop! Drop! & Wiggle!: 7 Easy Steps to Happiness by Gaia Morrissette

I don’t know if it is with everyone, but when I saw the title of the book for the first time, I instantly felt playful and childlike. And after reading the book, I realized that this is exactly what it is meant to be: a lighthearted and simple method to bring happiness into your daily life by reprogramming your emotional default expression to one of gratitude, love, and happiness. 

The book takes you along a journey to understand why are you unhappy, or dissatisfied with life. Very effectively, it takes you through 7, simple and easy steps to reverse it all totally!

Honestly, all you need to do is wiggle around and follow this book with an open heart for it to work. Gaia simply asks you to stop, observe, wiggle, and let go. Sounds very basic? Well, while she has made it sound simple, all the 7 steps actually hold deep meanings, which she has so efficaciously delivered. 

Gaia’s writing style has always been straight from the heart, and while it has been tough to break out of existing patterns of unhappiness, she has given enough leverage in this book to make a breakthrough!

Succinctly put, I would totally recommend this book to find your inner cheerleader, and actualize happiness in every moment of your life!
